FIT – the electronic furniture lock with free/occupied LED display, for use with free locker choice or fixed assignment of RFID cards (13.56 MHz Mifare) or operable via Bluetooth.

The lock is mounted on the fixed furniture part and the locking device on the door.

The lock is operated with RFID cards, Bluetooth or, for system developers, via external relays. The range of the RFID cards is 22 mm – for thicker doors, it is possible to extend the antenna by a further 10 mm, which can then be milled into the door.

FIT 13 Gym - Free choice of locker

Visitors or employees can lock free lockers with any RFID card (Mifare). Only this used card or the programming card can open the lock again. If the lock is opened with the programming card (administrator), it is available again for the next visitor. As an option, we can also offer this lock version with automatic opening after 12 hours. (FIT Gym 12h)

FIT Bolt - Fixed assignment of cards

The programming card (PROCARD13) can be used to activate up to 49 different key cards or key fobs. The LED does not necessarily have to be visible from the outside. Both opening and locking are carried out using the key card or key fob. This prevents a user from locking the card in the furniture.

FIT 3 seconds - Fixed assignment of cards

The lock locks automatically after 3 seconds and therefore a card could be locked in the furniture. This version is usually used when cards are connected to a loop.

The programming card (PROCARD13) can be used to activate up to 49 different key cards or key fobs. The LED does not necessarily have to be visible from the outside.

FIT Bluetooth

The lock is controlled via the free “pslocks” app. Further details.

  • Furniture in buildings where users do not want cards

FIT DUAL (Bluetooth and RFID)

The lock can be operated both via the free “pslocks” app and via RFID cards. (Mifare) are controlled  controlled. 

LED sign

When closing, the locker door is pressed closed and the card is stopped until the light turns red. To open, the card is stopped again and the LED turns green, which means that the cabinet is open again.

12V Power supply

With a 12V power supply, the FIT lock does not require batteries. The power consumption is very low at 50 mA, 0.6 watts are required.

Each transformer can supply up to 20 locks. Each lock has a 1.8 m long cable, which can be extended by 2 m using one or more FIT extension cables.   Six cables are connected to each FIT extension 6m and routed further. They can be routed directly to the transformer or to the next FIT extension.

Extension cable

The cable is used to extend the cable on the lock and has a length of 2m. Up to 10 cables can be plugged together.

Extension 6x

Up to 6 cables can be connected to the distributor, these can either come directly from the lock or be an extension of the cable. With a cable length of 2 m, the distributor can be plugged directly into the power supply or into another distributor.

Wiring

Easy wiring, plug and play. Up to 20 locks can be powered per FIT power supply unsing the connectors extension 6x and if longer cables are needed with the extension cables 2m.

Applications

Public Mode / free locker choice
Free lockers can be locked using RFID/Mifare cards and only the card used for this purpose can open this locker again. For emergency opening, an authorized person has a programming card (administrator card) with which all lockers can be opened.

Procedure: The customer places their valuables in a free locker, closes the door and occupies this compartment by briefly holding out their card. The lock locks and the LED status display changes to red. If the card is held up to the lock again, it opens again, the customer can remove the valuables and the LED display changes back to green. The locker is now ready for the next customer.

Use at: Fitness studios, Spa areas, employee lockers

Private mode / fixed assignment of the RFID cards
With the programming card, the administrator can activate up to 49 RFID cards from users and deactivate them again if necessary. Optionally, the FIT lock can also be equipped with a push-to-open / tip-on function. This means that the door opens automatically as soon as the lock is opened by the user and no handle is required on the door.
